About the event

As a homeopath I quickly noticed a link between a patient's mental and emotional health and their gut health. A problem with one nearly always means there is a problem with the other and I started looking into how we can support our heads and overall health with what we eat. This quickly led me to studies involving fermented food and I have spent the last 10 years attending lectures and researching everything I can about pre, pro and postbiotics. I've been on some brilliant courses, spoken to people who ferment for a living and experimented with a variety of techniques.
