Introduction to Homeopathy Workshop

Have you used arnica after an injury and wondered how come it works so well? What’s in it? Why sometimes it works better than others?

Qualified and registered homeopath Caroline takes you step by step using examples from the almost 20 years she has been using homeopathy, through the basic remedies found in the Helios First Aid Kit. In an informal small workshop style, Caroline will tailor the course to suit the participants.

The session starts by sharing how you hope to use homeopathy and the three hours is spent learning remedies from hearing real stories about using them in practice, quizzes and sharing experiences.

The aim is to send you away knowing how remedies work, how to administer them and confident to try them out yourself. I like using the Helios Basic First Aid Kit. Kits are available at the course or directly from Helios.
